Since its opening in 1986, Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse has been a destination on Long Island. It serves up steaks, chops, and seafood in classic Manhattan steakhouse style. All Bryant & Cooper steaks are DRY-AGED USDA PRIME and hand-cut by expert butchers. Our steaks are trimmed of unnecessary fat, and all Bryant & Cooper beef is dry-aged to enhance the flavor and give it a buttery texture.
